Broom Ride Studio Terms of Service

1. Accepting these Terms

Read these Terms before creating an account, uploading a photo, submitting any offered generation action or approving any offered payment. By proceeding after these Terms are presented, you agree to them. Separate consent is still required where applicable for public display or optional processing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. If you are 13–17, you need parent or guardian permission to use the service and upload your own photo. Anyone under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information.

Keep account credentials and verification codes private. Provide accurate information and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. An adult must authorize any payment if checkout is offered.

3. Tool setup, generation and delivery

The tool accepts one Person or Pet photo and offers two 6-second vertical broom-riding templates. Select a template, upload a photo, then submit a separate generation request. Uploading alone does not create or charge for a video.

The displayed settings, credit cost, provider-dependent limits and delivery terms apply before generation submission. AI results may change likeness, clothing, hands, broom contact, background motion or audio. Processing time and exact output are not guaranteed.

4. Photo permissions

Upload your own photo if you meet the age rule, or a photo of a consenting adult who authorized this processing. Do not upload other minors, celebrities, public figures, illegal content or any image you lack the right to use. Permission to process a photo is separate from permission to publish a result.

5. Credits and payment

The Pricing page displays four USD credit packs. Selecting a pack alone does not create an order or charge; completing PayPal checkout purchases the selected pack and adds its credits after payment is confirmed.

The final total, currency, credits, payment provider and applicable taxes or conversion charges are shown before approval. Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted, consumed on success and released if it fails. Do not use another person's payment method without permission.

6. Refunds and failed actions

Selecting a pack does not create a refund. Failed generations release reserved credits. Cash refunds for purchased packs follow our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Content rights and processing

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your uploads. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit and process them only as needed to provide the action you request, secure the service, offer support and meet legal obligations.

Broom Ride Studio does not use uploaded photos to train or fine-tune its own AI models. Public use of a result in examples, social posts or marketing requires separate permission. Outputs may not be unique or qualify for copyright protection, and the service does not grant third-party likeness or commercial-use rights.

8. Prohibited use

• Uploading a person without the required permission or age eligibility.
• Impersonation, deception, harassment, sexual exploitation, illegal content or rights infringement.
• Security abuse, unauthorized automation, account resale, payment fraud or manipulation of service records.
• Presenting AI-generated content as an authentic recording or endorsement where that would mislead.

9. Reports and appeals

Report unauthorized likeness use, infringement or abuse to support@broomridingtrend.video. Include the relevant URL or identifier and enough context to investigate, but do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment credentials.

10. Account closure and service changes

You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. If paid credits or stored results exist when a service is discontinued, their treatment follows the live purchase terms and applicable law.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output and third-party services can be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing content, permissions and destination-platform rules. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Updates and general terms

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be identified through the posted date or an appropriate notice. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
