Purpose: Review unused-pack refunds, failed-generation credit release and quality reviews.

Unused purchased credit packs may qualify for a full refund within seven days of completed payment. Failed generations release reserved credits automatically. A confirmed serious output defect may qualify for a return of the credits used by that task. Cash refunds and credit returns are separate remedies.
