Broom Ride Studio Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, name, profile image, account identifier, authentication and verification records.
• Tool setup: selected file type, size, upload state and the selected template, Person or Pet subject and quality associated with the setup.
• Purchase and generation records: PayPal order and payment status, credit balance and ledger, generation task and result status when you use those actions.
• Support and diagnostics: messages you send, security logs, errors and consent choices.

2. Photo and AI processing

Choosing a photo first displays it on screen. After you sign in and confirm the tool action, the site uploads that photo to private Cloudflare R2 storage and writes an upload record in Neon PostgreSQL. The upload record and private object are set to expire after 24 hours.

Choosing a template and uploading a photo do not start generation. When you submit a generation, the photo and selected settings are sent through our Cloudflare video runner to KIE's image and video models. The output includes AI-generated audio and is stored for delivery to your account.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate you through Google OAuth or an emailed verification code.
• Restore and secure your tool setup, confirm upload completion and prevent abuse.
• Send necessary sign-in and account messages through Brevo.
• Operate, measure and protect the website, respond to support and meet legal obligations.
• Process generations, reserve or settle credits, and handle PayPal payments only when you submit the corresponding action.

4. Service providers

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google provides optional account sign-in.
• Brevo delivers verification and necessary account email.
• Neon stores account, session, upload, credit, order and generation records.
• Cloudflare R2 and the video runner store private uploads and process generation jobs and result delivery.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process usage data when configured and allowed by your consent choice.
• PayPal processes completed checkout and payment status. KIE processes the submitted photo and settings to generate the image, video and audio result.

5. Privacy and public display

We do not automatically publish uploaded photos. Public use of a user result in examples, social posts or marketing requires separate permission that identifies the content and intended use. Refusing public-use permission does not affect your account.

6. Retention and deletion

Local tool drafts expire after 24 hours and can be cleared sooner by removing the saved setup or clearing this site's browser data. Authenticated setup uploads and their Neon records are also assigned a 24-hour expiry and are removed by the cleanup process.

Account, security, support, payment and generation records are retained only as needed for the stated service, legal, fraud-prevention and recovery purposes. Email support@broomridingtrend.video to request file deletion or account closure.

7. Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies maintain sign-in and security. Optional analytics and experience measurement depend on your privacy choice and configuration; they must not intentionally include photo contents, filenames, email addresses or payment credentials.

8. Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Email support@broomridingtrend.video from your account address when practical. We may request proportionate verification.

9. Age and photo permissions

Users must be at least 13. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission to use the service and upload their own photo. Any other identifiable person in an upload must be a consenting adult. Do not upload other minors, celebrities or public figures.

10. Security and international processing

We use access controls, private object storage, time-limited upload links and transport encryption. No system is risk-free. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

11. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the service, providers or law changes. The posted date and material-change notice will indicate the current version. Continued use after an effective update is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
