# Broom Ride Studio — Privacy and photo handling

Purpose: Review account, upload, analytics, retention and deletion handling.

Photos remain in the browser until the user starts the workflow. Starting requires authentication, creates a private upload request, stores the uploaded file in private object storage and records the upload in the application database. Discovery uploads are scheduled to expire after 24 hours.

When you submit generation, the photo and settings are sent through the Cloudflare runner to KIE. PayPal handles checkout; the website stores order and credit records but not full payment credentials. Optional analytics follow the site's consent controls.
